Tom Landry grew up in Southeast Texas in a Blue-collar Union household. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He later went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2014. At OCU School of Law, Tom was recognized as a Merit Scholar and distinguished member of the Texas Legal Society.

Tom is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Jefferson County Bar Association and Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association. Prior to joining the Ferguson Law Firm, Tom clerked for Judge John Stevens in the Jefferson County Criminal District Court and worked for a Plaintiff’s firm in Houston, Texas.

Tom learned at an early age the value of a hard day’s work and the struggles involved in providing for one’s family. Tom’s upbringing has prepared him to understand the struggles a family endures and how minor setbacks can turn into major problems for hard working folks. Tom represents clients involved in auto and trucking accidents, company vehicle accidents, workplace and industrial accidents, and premises liability accidents.

Tom feels strongly about keeping his clients informed and is dedicated to ensuring all of his clients fully understand where they are in the legal process. Tom has made it his duty to represent each and every client with the hard work and dedication that has been instilled in him throughout his lifetime. He vows to fight tirelessly for each and every client as if he were in your shoes.

Although Tom spends most of his time working for his clients, he enjoys the occasional pick-up basketball game, attending sporting events and concerts, reading, traveling, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
